A collaboration is counted when a creator accepts your invitation or joins your campaign. If you exceed your monthly collaboration limit, you can upgrade your plan or purchase an add-on pack of collaborations from your account dashboard.

Yes, absolutely! Shoplinky is a subscription service without long-term commitments. You can self-serve upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription directly from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades/cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial on our Starter and Growth plans. You get full access to all features within those plans to run a test campaign and explore the creator network. A credit card is required to initiate the trial, but you will not be charged if you cancel before the 14 days are up.

For transactions processed through our built-in affiliate link system, we charge a fee on affiliate-referred sales revenue (5% on Growth and 4% on Scale). This fee helps sustain the tracking infrastructure and payouts engine. There are no additional transaction fees.

Your Creator Profile limit resets at the start of every billing month. If you reach your limit of profile views before your reset date, you can upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle. We'll send you notifications when you hit 80% and 100% of your usage.

Yes! Our Growth and Scale plans include a dedicated account manager who will help you import existing creators, set up your tracking links, and configure integrations. Scale plans also qualify for custom training sessions for your marketing team.
